Donation Refund Policy

At Behbud Maternal & Children Hospital, we deeply value your support. As a registered non-profit healthcare initiative, all donations go directly toward our mission to provide life-saving maternal and child healthcare for underserved communities in Pakistan.

Refunds

All donations made to Behbud Maternal & Children Hospital are final and non-refundable. We do not offer goods or services in exchange for your contribution, and therefore, donations are generally not eligible for refund.

Exceptions

We understand that errors can occur. If you believe your donation was made in error — for example, due to:

• A technical issue
• A duplicate payment
• An incorrect amount

You may request a refund within 7 days of the transaction.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at bmch@behbud.org with the following details:

• Your full name
• Donation date and amount
• Mode of payment (e.g., bank transfer, online form)
• Reason for the refund request

Our team will review your request and respond within 7–10 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method where possible.

Final Note

Behbud Maternal & Children Hospital reserves the right to deny a refund request if it does not meet the criteria above. All decisions will be made fairly and at the sole discretion of the organization.
